Position Overview:
As a member of the TGS National Support Team, you will be part of a dynamic and growing department specializing in providing superior Customer Service to an ever increasing client base.  You have the opportunity of being a part time employee (can be 30+ hours a week) working from the comfort of your own home!

Job Requirements:
·         High school diploma or equivalent
·         2 or more years of Customer Service or Sales experience
·         Bilingual is an asset (French/English)
·         Outstanding customer service skills; professional telephone etiquette
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
·         Proven ability to produce results
·         Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
·         Effective problem solving skills

Job Duties:
·         Respond to inbound service inquiries, outbound support for contractors
·         Act as liaison between Contractors and warranty providers/manufacturers
·         Make outbound calls to contractors and customers
·         Create service work orders 
·         Data entry and various office support responsibilities
