Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for motivating staff with an enthusiastic, positive attitude, training, coaching and mentoring sales staff and driving and increasing the profitability of the sales staff.

Job Requirements:

  •     High School Diploma or equivalent, post secondary education considered an asset
  •     Training will be provided, previous experience preferred


Job Duties:
Primary Responsibilities:

  •     Assist in recruiting and hiring successful new Sales Consultants.
  •     Assist in all areas of Sales Training – 7 Steps of Selling, Product Knowledge, POS, Retail and Credit Systems, Brick Way of Selling.
  •     Administer the 30-60-80 performance management program.
  •     Review sales consultants annual score card with help of the GSM for all new sales hires
  •     Work one-on-one with each new sales employee in order to help increase individual closing ratios and dollars per hour.
  •     Track on a daily basis
  •     Work with all new sales employees to develop Product Knowledge through Vendor Focus Weeks, ePK and organized in-store vendor training sessions.
  •     Oversee performance and be accountable for all new sales employees selling skills in all areas including, but not limited to, sales and related KPI’s.
  •     Organize and facilitate highly motivational and informative daily trigger talks.
  •     Other duties as assigned periodically

Secondary Responsibilities:
  •     The Group Leader will have no operational responsibilities in the store and will not be classified as a key-holder.
  •     The Group Leader will never be scheduled on their own and must always be partnered by another member of the store management team at all times.This includes scheduling for the purposes of vacation.
  •     Flexibility to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
  •     Moving and lifting of product
