Job Description:
Adjust and resolve minor to moderate bodily injury claims.

Job Requirements:

•     College or university degree is preferred.
•     2 - 5 years telephone adjusting experience.
•     You should be active in or have completed the C.I.P. designation. Preferred minimum of 5 CIP courses.

Job Duties:

•     Conduct prompt investigations and evaluations of claims.
•     Obtain signed statements from witnesses, insureds and claimants.
•     Verify coverage, liability and damages in order to recommend reserves and execute settlements.
•     Collect, review and analyze various documentation including medical reports and histories.
•     Prepare medical and claim summaries.
•     Attend at Trials and Discoveries, and participate in Mediations and Pre-trials.
•     Liaise with lawyers, independent adjusters, private investigators and engineers.
