Job Requirements:
• University or College Graduate
• CIP or working towards
• 5+ years of commercial claims insurance experience - liability, property, inland marine and auto
• Customer service focused
• Strong analytical, interpretation, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a paperless environment

Job Duties:
• Interprets policy coverage and determines if coverage applies to claims submitted
• Sets reserves and authorizes payment within scope of authority
• Coordinates and adjusts investigations of claims of a moderate to high complexity  through communication with insureds and external vendors
• Assignment of Independent adjusters/surveyors and attorneys
• Contributes to profitability by effective implementation of claim handling best practices
• Works closely with all levels of internal and external business partners to share knowledge and developments on claims
• Ensures proper reports are done in a timely manner
