Job Requirements:
• 10 + years of handling complex commercial property claims
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• University Graduate
• CIP


Job Duties:
• Manage, investigate, analyze, negotiate and resolve large complex claims.
• Engage and manage external counsel, consultants, independent adjusters, accounts and engineers.
• Lead, supervise, guide and provide technical advice to regional file handlers.
• Audit regional claims files.
• Train staff on claims handling procedures.
• Work with underwriting and loss prevention to identify potential risks, hazards and trends
• Completion of monthly open & closed file reviews
• Provide monthly progress reports and updates
