Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the food service industry
• Food Handlers Certificate
• Must be an effective leader, manager, trainer, administrator, team builder and communicator


Job Duties:
• Managing a functioning kitchen
• Presentation of kitchen staff and students
• Menu planning, costing and ordering for restaurant and catering.
