Aramark Canada is seeking knowledgeable employees to join the Starbucks team at the Brodie Centre on the University of Manitoba's Bannatyne campus.

Job Summary:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to effectively direct the work of others
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard Summary of Experience:
• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment

Job Description:
• Managing a 30 seat restaurant and catering operation
• Managing a teaching environment for individuals with additional support needs
• Marketing, budgeting and overseeing participants
