Job Requirements:
• A minimum 4 years experience in Management and supervision of full service F&B.
• Strong communication skills.
• College Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience.

Job Description:
• Directly reporting to the General Manager. The F&B Manager will be expected to develop and maintain standards. Work closely with the Executive Chef, maintain controls, develop a cohesive and effective F&B team.
