Job Requirements:
• Minimum University Degree in Science required.
• A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience preferably in Pharmaceutical QA/QC or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, HPFBI and ICH guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated competencies in CPL’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Trust and Fairness
• Flexible with the ability to adapt, respond quickly and manage change in a fast paced environment.

Job Duties:
• Responsible for promoting and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions in his / her assigned work area; instructs and enforces compliance with established safe work practices and procedures; ensures assigned trainees receive appropriate training and information necessary to conduct their activities in a safe and healthy manner.
• Promotes and exemplifies the CPL Culture, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience through demonstrating CPL’s core values (Integrity, Respect, Trust and Fairness).
• Review all GMP documents related to analytical work including but not limited to routine testing, stability testing, method validation and transfer activities.
• Review GMP logbooks on a regular basis to ensure the completeness and good document practices.
• Review and revise SOP’s as needed
• Review and approve LIR and deviation reports and ensure to follow up on CAPA. Ensure CAPA is complete on or before the due date.
• Facilitate and complete C/A’s, Stability Summary Reports and Calibration Reports when required.
• Ensure project timelines are met as per the project schedule.
• Organize work to ensure timelines are met based on priorities established by the ATL.
• Maintains awareness of upcoming work and provides information to Analytical Team Leader to allow for optimum allocation of resources to meet client commitments.
• Participates in the creation and implementation of strategies to measure and improve aspects of fulfilling customer commitments.
