Job Requirements:
• Highly experienced in Group Insurance - Dental Claims
• 5+ years of managing staff and a departmental budget
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Statistics an asset
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene/ Dental Assisting an asset
• Strong working knowledge of Dental/Health Audit Management
• Strong understanding of provincial regulatory requirements
• Ability to motivate and mentor staff, creating a culture that supports high employee morale
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process review experience
• Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes
• Proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management
• 10% travel required within the GTA
• Bilingualism in French and English an asset

Job Duties:
• Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the Provider Audit Program
• Provide direction, coaching and training to staff to ensure high quality service
• Actively build and manage relationships with business partners and communicate effectively with plan sponsors, regulatory associations and law enforcement authorities
• Ensure the standardization of practice throughout the audit team and ensure that systems, procedures and personnel are available to efficiently provide audit services to meet customer service level agreements
• Oversee the design and building phase of high complexity business applications to ensure quality systems produce the desired results
• Evaluate products against business specifications to determine the optimum solution for the organization and our client base
• Monitor audit findings to ensure effective resolution
• Oversee the production of department reports
• Develop the annual audit plan and department budget
• Identify key initiatives to improve processes, quality and efficiencies
• Educate others in the organization about claims practices
