• The Key Client Coordinator will provide an element of project coordination within their role on a regular basis.

Position Summary
Working directly with the key client teams, Lead Partner and Industry LeaderS.
the Key Client Coordinator is responsible for leading, coordination and support specifically focused within sales, marketing and communications, including client management methodology application.
coordinating and maintaining of the client action and relationship plans and related support for assigned key clients.
The Key Client Coordinator will provide an element of project coordination within their role on a regular basis.

 Job Requirements:
•    College diploma or University degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in key account management, sales and/or marketing.
•    3-5 years work experience in sales and/or marketing support. Experience in account management/account development is key.
•    Strong understanding of the Sales cycle in a B2B “services” oriented environment.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with Senior C Level Executives. Ability to be assertive and persistent.
•    Excellent project management/organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate people and projects and to prioritize and multi task.
•    Ability to work with a variety of people, both independently and as part of a team is essential.
•    Must have proven ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
•    Well developed understanding of the business and market context for KPMG’s lines of business.
•    Proven ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion.
•    Customer services focus with an ability to anticipate client’s needs.
•    Advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
•    Exposure to working in a professional services environment an asset.
•    Analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools.

Job Duties:
•    Support the relevant Industry Leader with updates, analysis, and best practice sharing across the portfolio of key clients in that particular industry.
•    Monitor and coordinate account teams in moving action, marketing campaigns and activities, relationship plans and ensure all Relationship, Opportunities and  growth objectives have detailed action items defined and pursued using KPMGs CRM and financial reporting.
•    Follow-up action items directly with team members as specified by the Lead Partner and Industry Leader.
•    Liaise with clients for purposes of arranging meetings, social events, etc.
•    Set-up and facilitate account team meetings (including the team agenda, action items of prior meeting, the latest financial and CRM reports, research and monitoring), documenting action items, distributing and developing materials, and providing support.
•    Create and update client profiles, relationship mapping and all supporting documentation for account team meetings and corresponding Partners.
•    Understand and apply KPMG's Client Management best practices. Make recommendations for improvements in procedures and provide information to the assigned key client teams and colleagues.
•    Provide guidance to teams which may include accessing market and competitive landscape research, market research, market analysis on specific business issues, updating of various targeting related information, CRM and financial reports, etc.  Work collaboratively with marketing/national research teams.
•    Regular and monthly tracking and reporting on regional and national financial results against goals to inform Lead Partner and account team members.
