Salary Rate:    $15.15 per hour with competitive benefits.

Job Requirements:
• Relevant education and/or experience working assisting person towards outcomes
• 3 years' experience in food preparation
• Preferred experience working with individuals with disability related barriers
• Able to work with a high degree of independence
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and able to manage own time effectively
• Energetic with a strong professional and work ethic
• Driver's License
• Food Handler's Certification
• Successful criminal reference check including a vulnerable sector check


Job Description:
• Providing guidance and training to assist participants in attaining their employment goals
• Teaching participants skills relating to customer service, cooking, and handling cash
• Preparing food, taking customers' orders and handling cash
• May order supplies, plan menus, open and close coffee house
• Provides on the job support and job coaching as required and as identified by the participant, CDS
• Monitors clients and assesses progress and development in the achievement of goals
• Tracks participant progress through notes and written reports as required
• Provides adequate feedback to clients
• Responsible to follow all Health and Safety protocols of the job
• Other duties as assigned.
