Job Requirements:
• PMP Certification is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in administration, IT, engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum 8 years in project management with experience managing budgets
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports
• Experience in production of digital or mobile learning solutions: web interface design, video editing, animation, HTML5 programming for mobile delivery
• Computer skills: MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, MS-Project or equivalent
• English fluent (written and oral) French working knowledge is considered an asset
• Travel to the US required.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and training sectors

• HTML5 programming

Job Duties;
• Manage the project management team in order to respect client's standards and SOP's throughout all stages of the project life cycle
• Supervise a team composed of program managers, senior project managers, project managers and coordinators
• Help support the PMs to implement best practices and SOPs
• Communicates with internal and external clients to identify needs and evaluates alternative business solutions and strategies
• Constantly streamlines ways to increase customer satisfaction and enhance customer relationships
• Holds project management meetings with staff to discuss progress and make sure that objectives are being met
