We are currently developing 2 high-rise condo projects  in The Kitchener area. We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent for a well known Construction Management Firm in the Kitchener.

Job Requirements:
• The ideal candidate would have done the full cycle construction on at least 4 condo projects

Job Duties:
• Construction Management of major new construction and renovation on high-rise condo projects
• Space Planning, Restack coordination and master planning
• Ability to take project from concrete to finish
• Must be able to work and read blue prints and drawings
• Managing multi sub trades and teams
• Communicating with senior staff, and clients regarding the ongoing status of the various technical and managerial elements of the project
• Ensuring records and documents are up-to-date and administered
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Monitoring levels of technical project accuracy
• Ensuring project deliverables are met within time and budget.
