Job Description:
The EnterpriseOne (E1) team works together with the business to facilitate and implement controlled business process efficiencies that provide accurate and timely information. The Application Analyst will support E1 finance applications and related P2 Energy Solutions applications, and apply accounting and systems knowledge to business process requirements.
This position will provide a broad business exposure and activity and will interface with a wide group of stakeholders including senior management, business users, IT and suppliers.

Job Requirements:
• Typically 2+ years of related industry experience with an undergraduate business degree
• CGA or CMA designation an asset
• Familiarity with and understanding of:
   o Financial processes and systems
   o ERP software (E1 preferred)
   o Analytical and query tools such as Excel, MS Access, SQL, TOAD, Data Access Studio
   o Different file structures and database inter-relationships
   o Working in a high volume and pressure environment
   o Working on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Job Duties:
• Support, develop and modify Oracle’s EnterpriseOne Financial and P2 Energy Solutions energy modules
• Work closely with users at CNRL to deliver effective and efficient solutions
• Understand application configurations, processing logic, data and their impacts on other modules and integrated systems
• Deliver pre-close and first close month-end within business timelines
• Coordinate the transition of applicable processes to the business or automate processes where possible through system configuration
• Analyze, research and resolve data integrity issues
• Research and resolve all business requests in Remedy, as well as ensure thorough documentation for knowledge base
• Assist or lead project initiatives within or supported by EnterpriseOne
• Facilitate and implement new configuration and or functionality
• Participate in the integration of data between applications (E1, QBLM, PRISM, EssBase, HFM, etc.)
• Facilitate software updates from Oracle and P2 Energy Solutions
• Coordinate and facilitate above items through Change Management process
• Integrate with, support and educate fellow application analysts on the E1 Team
• Perform responsibilities with respect to all E1 Team processes and controls
