About Us
ABB is looking for site clerks for our Solar Construction Sites located in Cornwall, Prescott and Port Hope Ontario. The selected candidate will be working on site.

Job Summary:
Our client is an established Calgary-based oil and gas company. Currently there is a need for an Accountant for a 12-18 month term with chance of extension. This position will report to the Manager of Finance, Shared Services.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Administration degree or College administrative diploma
- Strong sales and customer service orientation; at least three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience. Electrical and/or ABB low voltage products knowledge, an asset
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail;
- Strong communication and people skills, team player
- Ability to utilize well defined procedures and methodology and make suggestions for improvements
- Highly computer literate: fully familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Lotus Notes, working knowledge of SAP & TOPS is an asset

Job Duties:
- Review customer Requests for Quotes (RFQ) in collaboration with Sales & Product Management
- Create, maintain and follow through on customer quote requests.
- Interface with various teams regarding obstacles for timely completion of quotes; proactively respond to potential delays.
- Liaise with Customers, Product Management, Technical Support, Engineering for Technical Specifications, Drawings, etc
- PARR creation & coordination with Product Specialists
- Interface between Customer Service, Sales, Product Management and Technical Teams when needed
- Assist with order resolutions
- Support Sales Team with Sample & Catalogue requests
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
