About Us
We offer patients a variety of wellness and private medical services. We will be adding some OHIP family physicians but the major focus of our business is in the private stream. Our services will include specialized, non-essential medical services in bio-identical hormone therapy, weight management and pain programs. Our alternative wellness services include but are not limited to: chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, naturopathic services, dietetics and sports rehab.
The ideal candidate will ensure our clinic is organized and efficient. As we grow, this position has the potential to evolve, especially if the office manager has skills in the marketing and 'up-selling' of services area.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory role in retail, coffee shop or medical is preferred
• Post-secondary education is preferred
• Customer service focused, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Identifies problems and seek to find solutions
• Delegate well and roll up your sleeves as you lead by example
• Require minimal supervision and like to take initiative re new ways to do things

Job Duties:
• Hiring and scheduling administrative staff
• Train front desk staff and ensure all understand the importance of offering top-calibre customer service
• Interface with patients/customers re escalated complaints
• Manage inventory
• Light accounting functions, i.e. billing, bank deposits and payroll
• Additional responsibilities will be added as the business grows and you and the owners identify new opportunities.
