About Us
The mission of the Flora Tristan House is to provide housing and support services to women from ethnocultural communities living a situation of domestic violence and / or family , while promoting recognition of their autonomy so that they become they themselves the agents of social change.

Job Requirements:
• Responsible for financial, material and human resources of the House ;
• Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the financial statements and the budget;
• Quickly identify and implement strategies to raise funds to significantly increase the income of the house ;
• Representing the House with all the contacts thereof with donors, various government agencies and the various committees and tables in the network;
• Maintain effective communications with internal and external environment and develop partnerships ;
• Responsible for the management and negotiation of the collective agreement ;
• Responsible for recruiting facilitators and employees of the House ;
• Management performance evaluation , the disciplinary management and conflict management processes;
• Responsible for drafting the annual report of activities and the coordination of the AGM;
• Prepare and monitor for grant applications ( PSOC and others);
• Support and mentor the volunteer structure and the various committees of the House to ensure a dynamic life ;
• Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant by the Board.
