Job Description:

• Leverages business area knowledge in partnership with business teams to deliver key business insights that support the development, delivery, and implementation of solutions and/or that support business strategies. Innovates in support of business needs to deliver recommendations on future analyses and insights.
•     Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As a Lead Business Intelligence and Analytics, you'll take the lead as you.
•     Understands client needs and builds effective relationships within functional area of responsibility. Consults on all aspects of services with Business Stakeholders to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities that support current and future business strategy.
•     Designs and scopes work. Identifies, proposes and influences business solutions negotiating deliverables and requirements while ensuring re-use of existing data and BI solutions.
•     Interpret, synthesize and deliver insights by providing insights as requested by business teams that address specific inquiries within the business while managing the lifecycle of BI solutions and ensuring relevance over time.
•     Clearly communicates recommendations and actionable insights by partnering with teams beyond immediate client group to ensure broad acceptance and support of analysis and/or solutions.
•     Builds reporting solutions to  meet business needs while gathering required data to build reports and building applications and reports in accordance with requirement

Job Requirements:

•     University Degree Required and/or
•     4 years experience working in or with business area or in analytics/reporting
•     Relevant business knowledge, including retail and/or business-area-specific focus with an understanding of application of analytical and technical approaches, including self-service tools, to apply while consulting
•     Consulting, communication, influence without authority, ability to deal with ambiguity, data visualization, and meeting facilitation.
•     Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint

Desired Requirements:
    SAP (ECC BPC BW) and JDA
    SAS/SQL Experince
