Job Description:
Our client a leader in the Financial Industry is looking for COLLECTIONS Customer Service Representatives to join their team. 

In this role you would be responsible for contacting credit card customers who are 5 days past due to remind them of payment date.

Successful candidates will have superior customer service skills, negotiation skills and the ability to deliver great customer service experience.

Must have a minimum of 1 years proven credit collections experience

These positions are part-time offering 20 hours per week.  You must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

The opportunity starts in April and will continue to end of September, 2014.  Hourly rate of pay $16.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
