Job Description:
Our client is one of Canada's largest Financial Institutions, with operations globally and publicly listed on multiple exchanges [TSX/NYSE]. Due to a mandate to become more proactive with governance methodology, they have an immediate need for a Governance Consultant to join their team for an initial 3-month contract. If you are an experienced Business Analyst with a demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions, assign and document accountabilities and manage risks, then you have the transferable skills required for this role.
Job Requirements:
- Experience holding people accountable in JAD sessions and through requirements documentation processes
- Experience working as a business analyst or junior project manager within a financial institution.
- Experience with regulatory projects would be an asset
Job Duties:
- Advise business partners to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Ensure risks and solutions are communicated to all stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Step up to a leadership role to ensure team members are held accountable.
