We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to be a key contributor to our expanding Ottawa office. In this role, you will deliver Management Consulting services, cultivate client relationships and assist in the preparation of proposals to continue our successful and sustained growth results. We are seeking experience in the following areas:

  •     Policy and Program Development
  •     Strategic and Operational Planning
  •     Performance Management
  •     Financial Cost Modelling
  •     Financial Effectiveness

Job Requirements:
  •     5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a management consulting / professional services environment.
  •     Strong track record of interacting with and meeting the needs of clients.
  •     Demonstrated experience in leading or participating in complex consulting assignments.
  •     Proven facilitation and interview skills.
  •     Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  •     High degree of professionalism and autonomy.
  •     Very strong and proven analytical skills
  •     Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •     An ability to establish strong and positive relationships with colleagues.
  •     Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.
  •     A relevant undergraduate degree. Professional credentials such as a CA, CMA, CGA, CMC or an MBA will be considered an asset.
  •     Bilingualism will be considered an asset.

Job Duties:
  •     Assist consumer debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals
  •     Review applications and prepare files
  •     Schedule counseling and other appointments
  •     Assist in completion of application, asset forms
  •     Prepare Statement of Affairs and other documents for personal bankruptcies and consumer proposals (e.g. input creditor and asset information)
  •     Receptionist coverage as needed
