Job Description:
IFG is looking for an experienced project manager/consultant for change and risk management work related to legislation change impact marketing process.

Consultant will be responsible for project management and execution to support to evaluate Canadian marketing process for compliance with new legislation changes (CASL, Canadian Anti-Spam Law). This entails getting up to speed on the nature of the legislation working with the analytics team and privacy and legal teams, evaluating marketing process, determining gaps and recommending and aiding in implementation of any required changes identified as well as building documentation to support any processes established to support readiness for the changes.

Specifically they will assist with evaluating:

• Consent capture across email, websites, events, other vehicles
• Data flow and process for consent capture and audit process
• Social Media Process
• Promotional Email Process
• Telemarketing process
• Rental List Process
• Sharing Data with Partners
• Sales Use of Data

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience leading projects in a technology environment
• Proven ability to manage large projects to completion by taking independent action to achieve results
• Experience in marketing campaign analysis
• Experience in understanding compliance with new legislation
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
