Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications for the position include:


  •     Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN)
  •     Possess a grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  •     Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  •     Experience in SAP is an asset.
  •      Working knowledge of office machines (i.e. computers, printers, fax, etc…)

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, this position is responsible for the following duties:

Job Duties: 
  •     Process all Transportation and Accommodation Request forms for any persons requiring travel to site
  •     Routine daily flight duties including: creation of flight manifests in SAP and submission to carriers; completion of daily reports and manifest change forms, calling to confirm that all passengers have checked in; reconfirming passenger counts with carriers; ensuring that all employee bookings are modified for vacations or other absences; obtaining departure times and ETA’s; printing and distributing boarding passes; finalization of manifests
  •     Prepare Off Site Gate Passes and Gatehouse Memos authorizing gate access for drive-ins/drive-outs, and ensuring applicable Waivers are received as required
  •     Ability to work in a cross-cultural work setting.
  •     Operation of switchboard, ground radios, and relaying messages
  •     Assist with the preparations for tours
  •     Completion of daily and weekly reports
  •     Time card entry on SAP system for all McClean employees
  •     Process vacation request forms
  •     Distribute incoming mail
  •     Other various duties and responsibilities
