Job Requirements:
• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
• Eligibility for Membership in Canadian Physiotherapy Association
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Evidence of the love of working with people
• Evidence of the ongoing quest for learning and evidence based practice
• Basic computer literacy
• Evidence of an understanding of the business practices of private practice physiotherapy
• Evidence of flexibility, adaptability, and team player skills
• Access to a car for transportation between clinic locations and client sites
• Two years of clinical orthopaedic experience in a private practice setting (preferred)


Job Description;
• Maintain caseload guidelines and manage your caseload to ensure effective patient outcomes in a cost effective manner.
• Manage the clinical assessment, treatment, functional restoration and care of clinic patients assigned to your caseload.  
• Ensure your knowledge is relevant, current, evidence based by attending appropriate courses and post graduate training, inservice / continuing education programs, and reviewing peer reviewed literature.  
• Promote the Centre’s services and build the referral network.
