Job Description:
The Wireless business unit of BCE generates annual revenue of $5.8B by providing wireless voice & data communications products and services to both residential and business customers across Canada.
The Bell Wireless Finance team is seeking a highly motivated and proven leader to oversee consolidated planning & reporting for the Wireless business unit. Supporting a team of finance professionals, this role is responsible for all planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for Bell Canada's Wireless business unit including both the Bell Mobility and Virgin brands along with the wireless results of subsidiary companies such as The Source.
Reporting to the Vice-President Finance (Wireless & Customer Operations), this is a position for a senior leader who is looking for that challenging role that will enhance their career progression.The ideal candidate must have strong business acumen, the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines and the poise and presence to influence senior executives. In order to be successful, the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable preparing executive level presentations, presenting to executive audiences and be capable of developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
* 5+ yrs of experience in a finance leadership role within a large corporate environment.
* Undergraduate degree in business or finance (MBA is an asset).
* Professional accounting designation required (CPA/CMA).
* Highly motivated with a desire to win, relentless in the pursuit of improvement
* Forward thinking and willingness to question status quo
* Strong team leader with a proven track record of development
* Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Business confidence, professional acumen, and internal initiative.
* Ability to work independently and successfully complete unstructured tasks.

Job Duties:
* Ensure timely and accurate period end management reporting including P&L, metrics and cash flow results
* Perform critical review of results and plans to ensure underlying business issues are identified, discussed and actioned with executives.
* Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals
* Identify and quantify potential business risks and opportunities.
* Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator reporting and analysis to assist the business in recognizing issues and trends to optimize performance
* Lead the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including setting operation & financial targets and preparing presentation materials.
* Prepare, coordinate, and consolidate in-year and mid-month forecasting including challenging and influencing forecasts, lead cost improvement initiatives, drive business results

* Act as key finance partner working with the business on subscriber governance, along with ensuring accurate external reporting.
* Oversee and manage all corporate requirements including external reporting, legal, and other finance requests .
* Manage relationships with subsidiaries including reporting and forecasting issues
* Perform special projects (i.e., system changes, acquisitions) & ad-hoc analysis as appropriate

In addition, the Director - Finance (Consolidated Planning & Reporting) is responsible for relationships with various other Corporate groups including Performance Management, Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Commodity Tax, Legal, External Reporting, Tax and M&A.
