Job Requirements:
• Requires a high school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.
• Requires supervisory experience in the related field of one (1) or more years. 
• Possess organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Require good hand-eye coordination, strong mathematical ability, work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume fast paced multi tasking environment. 
• A strong knowledge of cash, foreign currency and other settlement types is also required.
• Requires Registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant through the AGCO.

Position Summary:
Must adhere to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and other applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations.  Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and employees. Comply with safety and security standards of the corporation and complying with pre-determined internal control procedures.  Is responsible to collect, sort, wrap, count and process coin or tokens from slot machines or other gaming revenue sources in a safe and accurate manner.  In the dual rate capacity the individual is responsible for the administration and day to day supervision and operation of the department.

Job Duties:
• When required will complete operational paperwork, confirming compliance with approved Accounting procedures and prepare daily paperwork for Audit department.
• Supervise staff to meet and exceed performance expectations by establishing and maintaining a positive work environment and effective employee relations.
• Provide assistance to drop team in completing drop on a daily basis.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs and modifications while maintaining a current knowledge of equipment.
• Coordinate the Coin Drop, Cash Drop, Coin Processing, and Cash Processing with the applicable Security/Surveillance/Count Supervisor, according to established departmental Internal Control Manual Regulations.
• Strictly adhere to departmental rules and regulations regarding handling of all tokens/cash.
• Interact with patrons to assure that no patron is in the vicinity of the drop and the Coin/Cash Drop can proceed as scheduled.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate slot technical staff.
• Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest calibre of customer service and respect to all patrons, employees and OLG personnel.
• Maintain general awareness of gaming operation at all times and comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.  Comply with safety procedures including use of required safety equipment and identify unsafe practices or conditions.
• Additional or different responsibilities or duties, which are consistent with the position summary, may be assigned at the discretion of position’s Manager.
