Job Requirements:
• Accounting designation (CMA, CA or CGA) or near completion.
• 3 to 5 years experience in similar position in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including functions, pivot tables and advanced functionality
• Experience with fully integrated accounting systems
• Netsuite experience preferable but not required
• Interested in fitness, running, cycling or similar activities
• Excellent communication skills, who is with dependable and can take initiative.

Job Duties:
Accounts Payable
• Trade payables
• Expense reports
• Credit card payments
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Running regular cheque runs
• Wire Transfer payments
• Letters of credit applications
• Bank Reconciliations
• Sales commissions calculation and payments
• Special reports and other tasks as required by Controller and/or CFO

Payroll and Benefits Administration
• New employee setup
• Bi-weekly payroll cheque run
• Manage the employee benefits plan
• Review and suggest improvements to the benefits plan
• Assist with employee hiring, retention and termination
• Liaison with employees on HR, payroll and benefits administration issues
