We specialize in delivering services to individuals with complex needs and provide an array of residential and vocational supports to this population.

Job Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Human Services field,
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred,
• 5 years experience with developmental disabilities,
• Experience with dual diagnosis/complex needs/high risk youth,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required,
• A vehicle is also required,
• Experience in program development and implementation preferred.

Job Description:
The Residential Supervisor will manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients, being responsible for the delivery of specialized client services in accordance with Supported Lifestyles Ltd, Mission Statement, agency philosophy and standards and code of ethics.

Job Duties:
• This position will organize, monitor and evaluate service outcomes in consultation with front line staff and/or staffing teams, behavioural approach consultants and guardians.
• Supervision of Staff,
• Derectly observing and monitoring service provision,
• Input into clients lifestyle plans,
• Monitoring staffing budgets,
• Community liaison, and
• Participation in service area strategic planning.

Typical schedule: 40 hours per week. Some flexibility required.

Starting salary: $47,775 per year to start
