We are looking for experienced CAD/CAM technician to work in our Digital Design team.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in dental CAD/CAM scanning and digital inputs
• At least 5 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM computer software.
• Knowledge of current company products and processes.
• Skill in demonstrating proficiency in use of CAD/CAM software(ITERO) and Scanners(3 Shape,3M Lava, Biomet, Cerac in Lab., Strauman, Nobel-Biocare, Sensible)
• Ability to demonstrate strong start to finish case management experience.
• Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to understand dental anatomy and terminology such as centric relation/maxim intercuspidation, anterior and condylar guidance, centric holding stops, side shift, protrusion, laterotrusion and free way space.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, both verbal and written, with employees of various disciplines within various departments and all other internal and external contacts.
• Ability to strictly adhere to documented process and procedures.

Job Duties among others:
Working under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks in the production of dental elements including evaluation and acceptance of customer input.
• Read, interpret, and design dental restorations from doctors’ prescription forms, doctor preferences, and evaluator notes on the work ticket. Ask questions as needed to complete the case to the client's specifications.
• Use multiple Scanners and dental CAD software platforms to digitally create customer orders based on models provided by the customer or redesigns, if needed, for those orders.
• Create digital input based on customer prescription forms, which include full contour wax-ups, models and provide recommendations on device specifications as they relate to the production of finished product. Conduct QC and fit checks.
• Ability to work from customer models and interpret specifications to deliver the best custom device and finished product for that application.
• Strictly adhere to documented process and procedures.
• Operate scanner, maintain and troubleshoot in house scanner.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
