Job Requirements:
• Experienced (5 years) in full mouth reconstruction with excellent knowledge of occlusion & anatomy.
• Must excel at building and contouring crowns with great form and colour.
• Solid experience stacking HIGH QUALITY Ceramic Crowns from start to finish using the latest systems.
• Must have knowledge of Smile Design and the Golden Rule Proportion (LVI).
• The applicant must also possess the ability to train and supervise technicians.
• The applicant must have good communications skills and be able to support customers including planning cases, production scheduling and taking charge of quality control.
• The applicant must be able to follow new innovation

Job Duties:
• Applying layers of porcelain or acrylic paste over metal framework to form dental prostheses, like crowns, bridges, and also tooth facings, according to prescription of Dentist medical ser. 072.101-010
• Mixing porcelain or acrylic paste according to prescription to match color of natural teeth
• Applying layers of mixture over metal framework, using brushes spatula
• Brushing excess mixture from denture places denture in furnace to harden
• Removing denture from furnace, brushes on additional layer of mixture, and also shapes mixture to contour of denture, using spatula
• Repeating mixture-application process baking until denture conforms to specifications
• Verifying accuracy of tooth dimensions as well as occlusion of teeth, using micrometer articulator
• Cleaning as well as polishes dental prostheses, using ultrasonic machine polishing machine.
