The Deerfoot Inn & Casino has an opening for a full time Accounts Receivable position.

Job Requirements:
• Accounts Receivable and collections experience
• Excellent phone communication skills,
• The ability to multitask
• Criminal Record Check required.

Job Duties:
• Detailed Record keeping of all accounts receivables.
• Follow up on all accounts over 30 days.
• Distribution of statements/invoices with timely follow up Assigning account numbers; creating new files, maintaining existing files
• Processing of all company billings on a daily basis
• Follow up on companies for payment, through phone calls, fax, reminder letters and collection notices
• Complete forms by credit companies.
• Input and distribution of daily Sales and Labour report.
• Assisting controller when needed
• Reconcilliation of Accounts Receivable at month end.
• Perform other duties as required.
