Job Requirements:
• Law Clerk Diploma
• 3 – 5 years’ experience working with plaintiff personal injury law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook-
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a team environment
• Sound judgment and problem solving abilities

Job Duties:
• Requesting and reviewing medical documentation
• Creating charts in Excel
• Conducting telephone interviews with witnesses
• Conducting video interviews with witnesses
• Editing videos
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Mediation, Pre-Trial and Trial Preparation
