Job Description:
Manulife Financial's Group Retirement Solutions (GRS) Administration team is looking for a detailed oriented person who thrives working in fast paced environment.  As an Administrator, your focus will be to provide quality service to our clients, both plan administrators and plan members of plans such as Registered Retirement Savings, Defined Contribution, Registered Pension, Deferred Profit Sharing, and Employee Share Ownership programs.
This role includes a 5 (five) week training program

Job Requirements:

  •     Good understanding of group pension products would be helpful
  •     High level of phone confidence & professionalism in interaction with internal & external customers
  •     Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
  •     Strong financial acumen skills used to reconcile reports and work with financial data

Job Duties:
  •     Handling transactional processing such as enrollments, information changes, cheque processing, and reconciliations
  •     Handling inquiries via telephone and in writing (predominantly email)
  •     Work closely with the plan administrators of group retirement plans by ensuring we are meeting and exceeding our client's expectations
